Since the Queen and the rest of the Royal family members receive so many gifts, they don’t keep them all. So, they often give them away to the Royal staff members.
According to Princess Diana’s former butler, Prince Charles would sometimes come home with an expensive gift, such as a watch, and hand it off to the staff members. In addition, the Queen gives out Christmas presents every year. The longer the employee has served, the more valuable the gift will be.
