This library sign is actually made by IT people, responsible for the library’s computers. Asking students to save all the work they have done on the computers so it won’t be erased doing maintenance, they joked about having no mercy since they “feed off tears” of students with unsaved work.
Of course, having a paper you’ve been working on deleted is much more frightening than the IT people are, but this sign is hilarious nonetheless.
