Another hockey star who plopped himself into the Mighty Duck film series is Michael Modano, who enjoyed a pretty illustrious NHL career which ended with a stint on the Detroit Red Wings. But when he appeared in the movie, he was a player for the Minnesota North Stars, and this explains the jersey that he’s wearing in the picture on the left. The kids are in awe of him when they see him, and exclaim their gratitude right then and there.
