Bruce has been in a lot of films that have a military theme to them, such as In Country, Hart’s War, G.I. Joe Retaliation, and The Siege, to name a few. Not only did he star in these military themed films, but he also grew up in a military family, which put the military in high regard for him. As such, Willis visited Iraq in 2003, as well as wanted to volunteer to fight during the second Iraq war, but was declined due to his age.
