Bruce’s breakout role was actually on a television show and not a film. His role in the show Moonlighting back in 1985 really had people noticing him. For the role of David Addison Jr., which he portrayed for four years and 65 episodes, he won a Golden Globe Award, People’s Choice Award, Primetime Emmy Award, and was nominated for more of the same in later years.
