Sheila reprised the role of lawyer Gwen Taylor for three seasons of LA Law from 1990 through to 1993. She appeared in numerous television movies, including as an exotic dancer named in the film Dancing at the Blue Iguana. She enjoyed dancing on poles so much that she is now a pole dancing workout fanatic, and even created her own video workout routine with the poles which are done by millions of people nationwide.
