Joanna Cameron, better known as Isis to all 70s kids, began her career as the queen of commercials. She was discovered by her friend’s father, Bob Hope, who cast her in one of his films – How To Commit Marriage.
Joanna got her big break in 1975, when she took the role of a science teacher on The Secrets of Isis. Sadly for the blossoming actress, the show only ran for two seasons.

Following the end of The Secrets of Isis, Joanna opted for a more modest career path. She began marketing for hotel chains and working in the healthcare industry.
Before she left the acting world for good, she made final appearances in The Amazing Spider-Man and McMillan & Wife.
