When Brooke Shields spoke at theMichael Jackson’s memorial service, people were somewhat furious and even called her fake. In their eyes, the references she made to their friendship were portrayed in a non-platonic manner. Some of Brooke’s statements included, “thinking back to when we met and the many times that we spent together, there would be a caption of some kind, which would usually say something like ‘an odd couple’ or ‘an unlikely pair,’ but to us it was the most natural and easiest of friendships.”
