It was quite shocking where the construction workers found the young creature in 2012. They found him right in the middle of Canary Wharf, a part of London filled with businesses and tall skyscrapers. The area is known for its constant construction of new developments, and is no place for any kind of wildlife. So it was pretty surprising when the workers told the vets that their “puppy” came from the big city.
