After wowing casting agents with her youthful looks and her Sears photographs, Nancy was cast in numerous commercials. This exposure allowed her to make her transition into the world of television, and she soon became a soap opera queen.
Before her 10th birthday, she had already appeared in famous shows such as Another World and The Secret Storm, and her career was just going from strength to strength. However, this was just the start for Nancy, and she had so much more success to come.
