Everyone always tells us that it’s what’s on the inside that counts, but we have a feeling that they were being metaphorical. It seems as though this person took this phrase literally because they wanted people to be able to see the inside of their body. Although this tattoo was fairly realistic when it was first completed, it has since had a few health problems and has felt a little off-color. Their insides look bit scary thanks to this fading.
