Jr knew just what to do. He soon contacted Deborah Vandekerkhove who works at the Norway House Animal Rescue found in Winnipeg. Together, they could devise a plan to get the puppies to safety, but there was a problem; all the dogs were incredibly wary of people. Jr needed to find a way to get closer to the dogs and know that taking some food was the best way to start. However, two of the group were more afraid than the others.
