The center doesn’t want the story to end there. In fact, the Norway House Animal Rescue has issued a warning they will go to any lengths to ensure the person responsible for the crime is put behind bars. The center furthers their post but asking that anyone with any information comes forward. There are several steps animals owners could take to ensure their pets are cared for and safe. It seems as though the puppies’ former owners did none of these.
