When you don’t feel as though you have been treated fairly, it can be important for some people to tell their boss exactly what they think of them. This woman had gone through a lot, and it doesn’t look as though their boss was very understanding through those times.
Hopefully, this letter will help this boss see the impact of their decisions, and help them make better decisions in the future. Not everyone would have the confidence to do this, but this ex-employee sure showed them.
