Although they might not be taking home millions of dollars at the end of the year, the staff of the Royal Family do get a place to stay – and it’s inside Buckingham Palace. That’s right; there are 188 bedrooms solely reserved for any members of staff.
Unfortunately, they aren’t the most desirable rooms as they come fitted with a wardrobe, a sink, and a single bed, but it means that no one has to fork out any extra on accommodation. The Royal Family can then cut their annual pay accordingly.
