On the set of 1972’s Last Tango In Paris, Maria Schneider was told that a scene would be improvised, but she had no idea what was about to take place. She had no idea that Marlon Brando would be putting butter on her body very inappropriately, to say the least. Schneider has felt emotional trauma to this day because of that scene.
