We very well may never know the true reason behind the MIL’s request, but even if there was a real reason, it is still a bit of a strange demand. After all, having the same hair color really isn’t such a big deal, as the bride mentioned.
If anything, it might make them look more like a family. Or, perhaps that’s what the MIL wanted to avoid – she wanted everyone to know there was a separation between the bride and then the MIL and her son.
