During his military service in South Korea, Chuck Norris decided to invent a new form of martial art that he called Chun Kuk Do (The Universal Way). Chun Kuk Do is a hybrid of many fighting styles that Norris learned during the years leading up to that. Like any martial arts, Chun Kuk Do’s has a code. According to Norris, the code is based on developing your physical skills to the maximum of your ability, while working on developing a large sense of love and loyalty to your family.
