In various occasions, Jim Carrey spoke about his relationship with his father. Carry said that his father was a musician, who needed to get a ‘regular’ job in order to support his family.
He mentioned that his father helped him with his comedy act, and used to drive him to downtown Toronto to perform. Carrey also inherited his father’s passion for music and sang in few of his movies, including “The Mask” and “How the Grinch Stole Christmas”.
