Jim Carrey said that as a kid he used to wear dancing shoes before going to bed. He explained that this was due to the fact that his parents frequently asked him to perform for them in the middle of the night.
Carrey said that it was due to his mother’s illness, as he wanted to cheer her up and to make her feel better. He said that he used to act exaggeratedly and to do all kinds of impressions to make her laugh.
