The couple shared eight children together who had all spoken that when one of their parents passed away it was likely the other would shortly be joining them. In 2014 that exact tragedy struck as at 92 years old Helen passed away. Just 15 and a half hours later her 91-year-old husband, Kenneth, joined her as he too passed on. Their children spoke that as soon as their mother had gone their father began to deteriorate rapidly as he couldn’t cope without her by his side.
