The two were so thankful for each other over the course of their relationship that they made it a tradition to hold hands every morning at breakfast so they could pray about how grateful they were for one another. One vacation they decided to go on a cruise ship but were left with a conundrum when they were given a room with bunk beds. Helen and Kenneth didn’t want to be separated, so both jumped into the bottom bunk meaning they didn’t have to sleep apart.
