Burt first bought the home for $700,000 back in 1980 while he was riding high at the peak of his career. The main home is 12,000 square foot and is accompanied by a guest house in the 3.4 acres of land. To top it off, the property even has a helicopter landing pad, a pool, and a movie theater.
