There was nothing left for the actor to give and everyone knew it. Getting sued by BS was the final straw for Burt who had no other option other than to file for chapter 11 bankruptcy. All those years of spending seemed to have finally caught up with him and he was forced to admit there was nothing to hand over to the network. Burt was going to have to make the tough decision to head to court to settle any outstanding debts he owed.
