Michael O’Keefe was one of the bigger actors of the 1980s, being best known for his role as Danny Koonan in the hit movie Caddyshack. He also starred in The Great Santini as Ben Meechum, a role for which he got an Academy Award nomination as well as a Golden Globe for New Star of the Year. He ended up marrying country music star Bonnie Raitt in 1991, but the two split up a mere eight years later. O’Keefe is currently married to actress and producer Emily Donahoe.
