13 Going on 30 was Julia Roth’s first film credit. Since then, she has acted in a few more films and worked as a producer, assistant director, writer, and has had several other positions on film sets. She is currently mostly working as an independent filmmaker, writing and producing some of her own work. A short narrative film that she produced, called Yoyo, was shown at the Tribeca Film Festival in a special screening called Out of This World: Female Filmmakers in Genre.
