Jenna’s boss at Poise Magazine is Richard Kneeland, played by Andy Serkis. Richard is the foul-mouthed chief editor at the magazine. He is trying to keep Poise afloat despite rival magazine Sparkle stealing their scoop every month. He is looking for a redesign for his magazine, and gives Jenna the opportunity to come up with her own idea. When she finally does, it’s with the help of none-other than her old friend, photographer Matt, and Richard loves it.
