When Vale got punched in the face by a man defending his wife from the ‘Pooter’ prank, the police were called. It seems that sometimes Vale’s pranks land him in hot water, but he decided he wouldn’t press charges on the guy who punched him.
Vale tried to explain that it was just a little speaker, but the guy was too angry to understand and lost it with the prankster. Although Vale didn’t pursue any criminal charges, the man was banned from the store that he punched the comedian in.
