When you have a body as good as Michael Landon’s, you would probably want to show it off as much as you possibly can. Landon, who was easy on the eyes for many women across the country, knew what his assets are and what works.
So did the producers, and that’s why it makes sense that Pa, if you pay attention really closely, only broke specific bones that made “required” him to take his shirt off.
