84 year old Frank Stronach made his fortune through Magna International, an auto-parts manufacturer. Following this he used his wealth for other projects, such as a grass-fed cattle operation in Florida. Over 40 years ago, he decided his company should be as productive as possible, and ever since they have been paying a certain amount of pre-tax profits to their employees. He was bought out for $870 million by Magna, however, they still continue to pay him for certain services.
