Noah consulted his mother before going through with his plan. She agreed with his idea and she watched him walk to the front of Denny’s and ask for a pen and paper from a waitress.
Noah sat down and began writing something down on a small piece of paper. While he did not know that the police officer’s reaction would be, he thought it was worth a try and he needed to do something and he could not let the moment go by.
