Amanda was only nine years old when she was made quadriplegic following an injury from a tragic accident. The brilliant scientist is hired by Dr. Rush to help set the Destiny spaceship back on track after its engine was destroyed – as she’s the best person for the job. Although disabled at first, she succeeds in switching bodies with Camile Wray, rendering her able to walk for the first time as an adult woman. She continues to switch different bodies, but is eventually killed.
