Seagull977 added later on in the comments that her other would often talk about this man to her and how she missed out on a life with him. For many people, it was strange to hear, and it definitely got them talking about it. Can you imagine hearing something similar from one of your parents, especially when they both stuck together through life?
Some thought it was weird that Seagull 977’s mother was even still talking about this man, let alone the picture of him she kept lying around. Others questioned how the guy you used to date even comes up in conversation with your kid, especially when you’ve been married to her father for years.
