Even as he recalls the painful event years later, it’s naturally excruciatingly hard for Luke to talk about. In an interview in which he talked about what happened, he even said that he was “kind of hyperventilating.” A trauma like that can certainly do that to a person, and it never truly leaves you. “You never truly move beyond it,” said Luke. It really sheds a new perspective on this man’s life, and it just goes to show how important it is to be grateful about all we have.
