Things seemed to be going pretty well in the early stages of their brief relationship. Kimberley and the guy had been talking back and forth for a week, and their connection meant that after just seven days they cleared their schedules to meet. For all they knew, they could be meeting their future life partner, so the date had the potential to be a really big deal.
Their first plan was to go for coffee first and see how things went, and it meant there wasn’t a huge commitment if they didn’t like each other. After coffee, they decided they liked each other enough to go for dinner and found a restaurant, but soon things began to turn sour.
