Although he vowed to himself that he would celebrate Valentine’s Day with his wife every year, it didn’t make the process any easier.
After ordering two glasses of wine and placing two Valentine’s cards on the table, the old man had to reside to the fact that he would only be able to order for one. This was often too much to handle for the lonely old man, and just like on Valentine’s Day 2018, he became so overwhelmed with emotion that he broke down crying, and wept for his wife who had sadly passed away and left a hole in his heart.
