By this point, local news stations had picked up on the story and had become intrigued with the unique events of the night. Brittany Hoke, a reporter from WTAE, took herself over to the school to participate in a Facebook Live video that would update her thousands of fans on the situation. During this video, Brittany speculated about the scene, and noted that “There was no vandalism aside from, of course, he broke a window to gain access to the school. But other than that, it doesn’t appear that anything else was vandalized or stolen or anything like that.”
