Jefferson D’Arcy – played by Ted McGinley – is Marcy’s second husband, the one who gives her the hilarious name Marcy D’Arcy. After meeting at his place of work, a bar as he is a bartender, Marcy ends up having a bit too much to drink.
She wakes up married to a practical stranger. Jefferson is considered a “pretty boy” who is younger than his new lady friend, lazy and self-centered, which is why he married Marcy for her money.
