When Mead first purchased the tank he enlisted the help of a mechanic named Todd Chamberlain to do some maintenance. When Chamberlain started working on the vehicle, he made a surprising discovery. The T-54 was filled with loaded ammunition.
The first thing that Chamberlain did was report the firearms to the local authorities. This was only the first of many discoveries to be made as Chamberlain would later unearth something worth millions of dollars.
