After making his debut as Khal Drogo, Jason Momoa won the hearts of Game of Thrones fans across the globe. While he only appeared in two seasons, this was enough to make a name for himself and prove to the world that he was not only extremely talented at acting, but also extremely talented at growing a beard.
It seemed as though he didn’t want to get rid of it, and he opted to keep it instead. It became a part of who he was, and it became a part of his subsequent characters – including Aquaman. Momoa took on the role of this underwater superhero in 2016, and his flowing locks and beard seemed to suit the Atlantis vibe perfectly.
