Throughout the video, it’s clear to see that Momoa isn’t too keen on shaving off the beard that had become such a big part of his life. He scrunches up his eyes, and he even takes a few deep breaths.
However, he eventually decides to take the plunge and shave the first batch of hair, because he knew it would be worth it in the end. Sure, he knew his fans and followers (once again, that does include us) would be outraged, but that was exactly the outcome he was after. If he could do something drastic, it would prove the point that something drastic needs to happen.
