On an online blog, Jodi discussed that fateful moment in her life. Had Jodi known then what she knows now about her daughters, she says, “to this day, I would love to ask that doctor, ‘what are you sorry for?’ There’s nothing to be sorry about, it’s just a different journey. Our girls bring us so much joy.” It raises the question whether, had the doctor presented the news in a different way to Jodi and Matt, they might not have had so much worry about their daughters.
