From the looks of it, this guy had not been in a barber chair in years and as such, his hair cascaded down to his shoulders and his beard grew out in all sorts of directions. We can understand that people find the ability to express themselves through their fashion and hairstyle, this guy was giving off the impression that he didn’t care about how he looked. However, he really did care which is why he headed over to the barber shop in the first place.
