Having friends in high places certainly comes in handy for Bobo, played by Andre Royo, as he uses his connections to strike deals across the city. While many of them may be slightly underhand deals, it seems as though he has the city’s best interests at heart. Is his concern for his friend Pernell Harris a genuine concern or just a matter of business for Bobo?
