While she was initially surprised and scared, she was thrilled when she finally realized who was standing behind her. She was so happy that she started laughing and even rebuked her grandson for not telling her he was coming home and said, “shame on you!” After her initial surprise, she gave Rowan a big hug and was so excited to be holding him after months of not seeing him and wondering when he would come home.
