Soon after Maire won the ticket, rumors began flying saying that she was not the real winner of the ticket.
It turns out that a lot of Marie’s family members say that the ticket was not actually Marie’s to begin with and actually belonged to the family’s 90 year old matriarch grandmother. Marie’s cousins made the claim that Marie stole the ticket and signed her name on the back. Maybe the rest of the cousins just want that inheritance money.
