Monte Markham was the one to watch in the 1960s and ‘70s, taking on dozens of TV roles in hits such as Hawaii Five-O and The Six Million Dollar Man. In the late ‘80s and early ‘90s, he was best known for playing Captain Don Thorpe in Baywatch.
At 84 years old, you’d think that Markham would be slowing things down now – but it’s quite the opposite! With around 10 movies in post-production or filming now, it seems as though his career has just gone from strength to strength in recent years.
