The whole of the Baldwin clan was raised a staunch Catholic one. Alec attended high school in Massapequa, New York and played football during those years as well. It was after high school that he moved to New York City and worked at Studio 54 as a busboy. He went to George Washington University for his undergraduate degree, transferring to New York University in the middle of the degree.
