[post_page_title]Antonov An-225 Mriya[/post_page_title]
This is known as the largest airplane in the world and is also the heaviest on the planet. It was produced in 1988 by the Soviet Union and only one was ever manufactured – however, that one is still in service today. It’s first fligth was on December 21 1988, a flight that lasted 74 minutes. It was statically and publicly displayed at Paris Air Show just one year later. The second An-225 was complete in 2011 after it’s been delayed for different reasons.
