Erin was lucky enough to carry and give birth to her own children but she couldn’t help feel bad for her sister who had been through so much. She said, “I felt horrible. It was awful when she was diagnosed with breast cancer at such an early age and I felt horrible she was not able to have kids.” Besides the promise she made to her sister, Erin had another motive for being her surrogate.
